Yuki Yasui

Yuki Yasui is the Deputy Head is the Officer in Charge of UNEP Finance Initiative since 1 March 2012.

She joined UNEP FI in 2002 and has worked on various projects including a joint project with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in developing its Financial Services Sector Supplement, the development and roll out of the UNEP FI online course on climate change for the finance sector, the coordination of the Secretariat to the UNEP FI Asia Pacific Task Force, and the preparations for Rio+20. Yuki represents UNEP and UNEP FI at the GRI G4 Working Groups on Boundary and Application Level as well as the IIRC Working Group.

She is a chartered accountant in the UK (ACA) and trained and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1994-1999.

She holds a BSc honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford.
