What Do the Registration Rates Include?

The registration fee includes:

• Entry to all sessions
• Welcome Drinks, 21 Oct 09
• Lunch, morning and afternoon teas and coffee daily
• Reception and Conference Dinner, 22 Oct 09
• Copy of Conference Pack
• Offsetting your carbon emissions

UNEP FI has booked rooms for participants at The Westin Grand Cape Town Arabella Quays Hotel as October is a busy time in Cape Town. The Westin Grand Cape Town Arabella Quays Hotel is a short 2 minute walk from the conference venue and if you wish to book a room fill out the registration form and send it directly to the hotel.

¹UNEP FI Signatories

Signatories to the UNEP Finance Initiative who have paid their 2009 Membership Contribution will receive two complimentary registrations. Additional registrations will be processed at the regular participant registration rates.

Please register through the on-line registration form and tick the appropriate box. Each registration form will be individually checked by UNEP FI. If you have any questions about the registration process please send an email to roundtable@unepfi.org.

²NGO/Academia representatives

Participants from non-governmental organizations and academia qualify for a reduced registration rate. The NGO rate is applicable for not-for-profit, civil society organisations only.

Please note that UNEP FI does not provide invitation letters for visa applications.

Letters of invitation will not be issued for this UNEP FI Global Roundtable. To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the on-line registration form via the UNEP FI Global Roundtable website ensuring to include a valid fax number and credit card details. The UNEP FI Secretariat will process your registration and send to you, both UNEP FI Signatories and paying Participants, a confirmation invoice confirming receipt of your payment and attendance at the Roundtable. You will then be able to present this invoice to your Embassy/High Commission to assist with the application of your visa. In the event that your application is unsuccessful, a full refund will be provided.
