Jacki Johnson is the Group Executive, People, Performance & Reputation at IAG. She reports to the Managing Director & CEO and is responsible for the functions that come together to drive performance through organisational agility.

These functions include: people and culture, corporate and government affairs, shared value (including Sustainability) and the IAG Foundation. Previously, Jacki had responsibility for sustainability and disaster recovery efforts such as Christchurch in her role as CEO, New Zealand and CGU.
