Julian Poulter is CEO of the Asset Owners Disclosure Project (AODP), an independent non-profit organisation that is the world leader on reporting Asset Owner performance over their management of climate change risks.

Before entering the non-profit sector in 2007, Julian had a long career in business and finance. He has been CEO of four companies in consulting, media and software and has held many senior executive in large organisations. He has managed large projects and operations in many diverse industries including finance, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, retail and information Technology.

Julian left the commercial sector in 2007 having realised the potential of the world’s asset owners to take a uniquely long term view of climate change risks and help drive solutions where politics was clearly failing. He has been widely published on finance, investment and general sustainability issues.
