2 October 2008 | Boston USA

The North American Taskforce´s 2008 workshop was held at State Street Corporation Headquarters in Boston, attracting over 60 participants. Discussions centered on disclosure of environmental, social and governance issues. The highly interactive event aimed at discussing why non-financial disclosure matters, what the drivers for disclosure are, to which different user groups ESG information needs to be targeted and what the future trends in disclosure and reporting will be. The theme of the workshop reflects the focus of the NATF’s 2008 research project on “Understanding sustainability disclosure requests”.
