As an executive director of the Hermes Equity Ownership Services (EOS) board, Leon has been responsibile for the commercial development of EOS. In addition, he is currently responsible for overseeing and managing EOS’ engagement programme in the Americas on behalf of a number of major institutional investors globally. In this work, he engages major corporations worldwide in constructive dialogues to seek beneficial change on a range of corporate governance, remuneration, strategic, environmental and social concerns.
