Mr. Michael Wang hosts China Central Television’s English business program, Biz Asia. He joined CCTV in 2011 and is responsible for exclusive interviews with global CEOs, economists and financial strategists. He is also responsible for covering China’s major political sessions as well as the Summer Davos.

Mr. Michael Wang is the youngest anchor at CCTV NEWS, making the position at 23 and came in first out of an applicant pool of 1500 during CCTV’s foreign anchor recruitment campaign. He has also won the channel’s “Best Presenter” award. Prior to joining CCTV Mr. Michael Wang was with J.P. Morgan’s Asset Management division. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
