Namita Vikas as the President & Chief Sustainability Officer of YES BANK spearheads YES BANK’s Version 2.0 Vision & Strategy of further strengthening the bank as a commercially viable financial institution with sustainability principles incorporated within its core operations. Namita is responsible for mainstreaming sustainability and creating stakeholder value through sustainable development and finance. Her work involves overall Sustainability Management, Research, Triple Bottom-line Accounting, Socially Responsible Finance/Investing and Strategic Philanthropy. She drives building innovative models through Social Enterprises incubation and nurturing a range of external and internal stakeholder relationships to create innovative, scalable and financially viable approaches to Development and Public Policies for YES BANK. Namita is also responsible for overseeing the overall functioning and management of “YES FOUNDATION”.
