Mr. Sanjay Sinha, Assistant Vice President, at National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) is currently heading the Business Excellence program at National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. He works closely with NSE’s strategy, customer, people, processes, society and CSR focus groups to drive continuous improvement and excellence throughout the organization. He has over 17 years of experience in diverse areas in Global Program Management in the areas of Banking – Corporate Cards, Corporate Benefits and Sourcing programs for a Fortune 50 company. He has led process excellence, business continuity, operations, organizational risk management and CSR initiatives in his prior experience with companies like Tata Consultancy Services and KPMG. He is a certified Business Excellence Assessor associated with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and was also associated with Tata Quality Management Services in the past . He graduated in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi and later underwent Executive Program in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
