Ms. Su Mei joined Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1993. She has been engaged in system development and operation management, transaction management, membership and trading seat management, supervision of listed companies and investor education. She served as vice director of Main Board’s issuer compliance supervision. She is currently Deputy Director of Education Center (senior executive Manager). She led Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s many successful projects including listed company shareholders’ meeting online voting system, electronic information disclosure of listed companies,  interactive platform for listed companies’ investor relations(referred to as easy IR),  XBRL electronic disclosure system, interactive games called Easy Investments , compensation for investors (Wanfu Bio-science Case) . And in her many years’ service for China’s capital market, she participated institutional planning and reforms including split share structure reform, information disclosure reform, development of warrants products and investor protection. She has deep vision and rich experience in securities market regulation, trade, product  innovation and investor education. She has received a number of financial innovation awards.
