Ula leads the Head of the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Team at BMO Financial Group. The ESG Team is responsible for identifying, understanding and evaluating emerging ESG concerns that may have an impact on the bank. She has worked at BMO for 15 years, and previously held positions in International Banking, Risk Management, and Investor Relations. Ula is a co-chair of UNEP FI’s North American Task Force and is also a member of the Banking Commission. In her spare time, Ula enjoys mentoring people interested in Sustainability and sits on the Board of Directors of Street Kids International. She has an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and lives in Toronto, Canada.
