Yang Zaiping, PhD, Executive Vice President of China Banking Association, Deputy Secretary-General of China Society for Finance and Banking, Member of National Steering Group for Master of Finance jointly authorized by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council，the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Mr. Yang worked as Associate Professor at Wuhan University and visited two Canadian universities as Senior Visiting Scholar for one year. After returning to China, he worked at Post-Doctoral Station of Renmin University and was in charge of Division of Macro-Economics at Economics Research Center. After that he took the position in the People’s Bank of China as financial market expert in the Executives’ Meeting of East Asia-Pacific Central Banks（EMEAP）and Deputy Division-Chief of the State Council Working Group against illegal funding, illegal approval of setting up financial institutions and illegal financial business.
