UN Environment’s Latin America and Caribbean Office wishes to extend a warm welcome to the Association of Argentine Banks (Asociación de Bancos Argentinos) (ADEBA) – who become the latest Supporting Institution to the UN Environment Finance Initiative, and the second Latin American banking association to join.
ADEBA’s mission is to promote the development of banking in Argentina and to represent and defend banking interests, while also contributing to the public awareness regarding the need for a solid banking industry as a fundamental instrument of economic and social development.
We are proud to count ADEBA among our supporting institutions that are dedicated to ensuring sustainable development in the financial industry, and as an example to its member banks in their role in changing finance and financing change.
