A Training Workshop on “Climate Change & the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)” will take place for the first time on October 16th in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The workshop is organized by UNEP FI, FEBRABAN and CAF.

UNEP FI, along with COLAC will organize a Sustainable Finance Seminar on responsibility, challenges and opportunities for Solidarity Economy Entities in Latin America on 3 & 4 October in Santiago de Chile.

5-6 August 2019 Asuncion, Paraguay

UNEP FI and Ecobanking Project/INCAE Business School will deliver a two-day Advanced Environmental and Social Risk Analysis (ESRA) training workshop, in collaboration with the “Sustainable Finance Table of Paraguay”. This training workshop will take place on August 5th & 6th in Asuncion.

UNEP FI together with Finis Terrae University will hold the 1st Seminar on "Sustainability and Climate Change in Pension Funds: International Trends" on July 2 in Santiago de Chile.

11-14 June 2019 Tegucigalpa, Honduras

Four introductory training workshops on Environmental and Social Risk Analysis will be held in-house in BANHPROVI in Tegucigalpa (Honduras) on June 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th, 2019. The participants will be staff of the bank, of its intermediary institutions, and the National Commission of Banks and Insurance.

An introductory training workshop on Environmental and Social Risk Analysis (ESRA) will take place in Beijing (China) on June 3rd, 2019. The workshop will be organized by UNEP FI and the Ecobanking Project of INCAE Business School, in collaboration with China Banking Association & WWF China.

UNEP FI together with Finis Terrae University will hold the 1st Seminar on "Principles of Responsible Banking of UNEP FI: Are banks prepared to lead the way towards sustainable development and fight against climate change?" on May 28 in Santiago de Chile

17 May 2019 San José, Costa Rica

UNEP FI, along with the Costa Rican Stock Exchange and the “Costa Rica por Siempre" Association, in collaboration with the Initiative of the Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative (SSE) and PRI, will organize for the first time in the country a face-to-face training Workshop on "Responsible Investment" in San José, Costa Rica.

9-10 May 2019 Asunción, Paraguay

UNEP FI/Ecobanking will conduct two Introductory Environmental and Social Risk Analysis (ESRA) training workshops, in collaboration with the Sustainable Finance Working Group of Paraguay (“Mesa de Finanzas Sostenibles de Paraguay”), made up of fourteen banks of the system. This training session will take place on the 9th and 10th of May in Asuncion.
