The draft Guidance Document on Reporting has been published for comment. UNEP FI Banking Members have the opportunity to provide feedback on the draft by January 29, 2021.

The draft Guidance Document on Reporting can be found here.

Signatory Banks have committed to show their progress on implementing the Principles for Responsible Banking, and to be transparent about their impacts and contributions to society. As such, reporting on the implementation of the Principles is an integral part of fulfilling their commitments. To support your bank on effectively delivering on this Key Step, the Reporting Working Group has developed the draft Guidance Document on Reporting, which will guide you on:

  • The PRB reporting requirements, and how to report on them
  • How to complete the Reporting and Self-Assessment Template
  • How to integrate reporting with other frameworks

A further component with a focus on reporting on impact analysis will become available in mid-February 2021.

Member Banks have the opportunity to provide feedback on the draft Guidance Document on Reporting until January 29, 2021 by sending their inputs and questions to tumelo.ndjwili-potele@un.org.

A webinar will be held on December 3 where the Reporting Working Group will present the draft Guidance Document on Reporting, and respond to your questions about your reporting. We encourage Member Banks to attend the webinar, and send us your inputs and questions on the draft Guidance Document. After January 29, the Working Group will consider your feedback and finalize the Guidance Document.
