Join the webinar for the launch of the Human Rights Resource Kit, a comprehensive, step-by-step tool designed to help financial institutions to align with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). The tool is the result of a coordinated effort between UNEP FI and the European Investment Bank (EIB), which supported the development of the toolkit and financed the project.

The event:

1) Provides a comprehensive overview of the Kit’s essential content and functionality and demonstrates how the Kit can support the integration of human rights considerations into financial decision-making within banks, empowering them to adopt a more robust human rights approach.

2) Explores the value of a sector-specific approach that offers in-depth, tailored guidance for addressing the unique challenges faced by different industries.

3) Addresses why financial institutions should integrate a human rights approach into their activities and contribute to the ongoing discussion on how the business case for financial institutions is evolving in relation to human rights.
