CAIXA Seguridade Participações S.A. is a publicly traded holding company listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3). The Holding does not sell products. However, it acts as an intermediary in businesses operated by its subsidiaries in the risk segments, through various types of insurance and assistance; in accumulation businesses, through pension, capitalization, and consortium bonds; and in distribution businesses, through intermediation by its wholly-owned subsidiary CAIXA Seguridade Corretagem e Administração de Seguros S.A.
CAIXA Seguridade has the right granted by CAIXA to operate its distribution network and brand. Therefore, the Company’s results come from equity income, determined from the results of its subsidiaries, jointly controlled companies, and affiliates, from revenues from access to the distribution network and use of the CAIXA brand, as well as brokerage revenues.
Headquartered in Brasília (DF) and with an office in São Paulo (SP), CAIXA Seguridade operates in the domestic market, aiming to consolidate its insurance operations under a single entity, including future expansions in Brazil and abroad. CAIXA Seguridade and its subsidiaries have a presence spread across headquarters in Brasília (DF), Barueri (SP), São Paulo (SP), and Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
