Brief Overview of Organisation
Conduit Re is a pure play global reinsurance business based in Bermuda. Conduit Holdings Limited is the ultimate parent of the Conduit Re group of companies and is listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker : CRE). Conduit Reinsurance Limited is the group’s underwriting entity and is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority as a Class 4 insurer. A.M. Best has assigned a Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of a- (Excellent) to Conduit Reinsurance Limited. The outlook assigned to these ratings is stable. The underwriting business is comprised of three segments: Property, Casualty and Specialty. The company had 51 employees as at 30 June 2022.

Our leadership team are passionate about ESG matters, each of whom has ESG principles embedded in their day-to-day responsibilities and performance objectives. Our single location operating model, our choice of office space, our deployment of our investment portfolio, and our early charitable and community engagement all factored in ESG considerations. Joining the PSI is the next appropriate step in our ESG journey as we look to further integrate its principles into our own ESG principles and actions.
