The Instituto Nacional de Seguros is a Costa Rican public company founded in 1924, made up of a mixed insurer, with four subsidiary companies (INS Inversiones Sociedad Administratora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., INS Posto de Bolsa S.A, INS Servicios S.A and Red de Servicios de Salud S.A) and the Benemérito Fire Department, as a body of maximum concentration, attached to the INS.
The INS is the leading insurance company in the region. It carries out insurance and reinsurance activities from Costa Rica, in 13 Latin American countries. We have a presence throughout the Costa Rican territory with more than 40 offices throughout the country.
