Brief Overview of the Organisation

Línea Directa Aseguradora S.A. began as a company specialising in car insurance and, over its 27 years in
business, has gradually developed into a multi-line and multi-brand company with a differentiated and
highly competitive range of Motor, Home and Health products. At the close of 2022, the group ranks
13th in the non-life line in Spain.
In 2021, Línea Directa had more than 3.3 million customers and gross underwriting premiums
amounted to 907.1 million euros.

Línea Directa Aseguradora S.A. is developing an ambitious sustainability strategy, seeking to become a benchmark for the insurance industry and society in general.
