Odeon Insurance Re Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”), a limited liability company, is incorporated on 6 July 2012 in the Republic of Singapore with its registered office at 8 Changi Business Park Avenue 1 #07-54 ESR Bizpark @ Changi Singapore 486018. The Company’s immediate holding company is AEA International Holdings Pte. Ltd., which is incorporated in Singapore. The Company is part of the International SOS Group of Companies. The principal activities of the Company are those of a composite captive insurer licensed under the (Singapore) Insurance Act 1966, to carry on general and life insurance business.

Odeon Insurance Re is increasingly feeling a sense of responsibility that goes beyond its own interests, as it experiences to a greater extent, the consequences of climate change, social inequality, and existential threats to humanity. Therefore, the Company feels that it must now review the impact of its operations, assess its place in society and come a force for good for: employees, clients, partners, suppliers, the communities it works in and society at large.
