Unicorp Vida, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A, is an insurance company established in 1988. The Company was registered in the Spanish Special Registry for Insurance Companies, obtaining authorization from the Spanish Government to operate in life insurance industry and pension funds and plans management.
The purpose of the Company is to carry out all types of life insurance operations, including protection, saving, as well as those expressly authorized by current legislation, and management of pension funds and plans.
The Company operates throughout the national territory of Spain and is owned by Unicaja Bank and by Santa Lucía, S.A., Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros.
