The Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) will provide a comprehensive overview of its updated guidance on short and long-term climate scenario analysis, released in November 2025.

Since its initial publication in 2020, the NGFS scenario analysis guidance has served as the main structured and practical framework for central banks, supervisors, and financial institutions to explore climate-related risks through scenario analysis.

In this session, NGFS will provide practical insights on how financial institutions can utilize this guide to enhance their scenario analysis practices and stay abreast of upcoming regulatory requirements related to scenario analysis and stress-testing.
