Pensions Caixa 30 (PC30) is the corporate pension fund of CaixaBank, which has the largest network and client base for banking services in Spain. PC30 is the biggest corporate pension fund in the country with €6.5 billion in assets under management and more than 70,000 members (as of April 2023).
PC30 and Sustainability
Sustainability is one of the key pillars of PC30’s investment process and values. The fund joined PRI in 2008, becoming one of the first Spanish pension funds to join the network. It is also a signatory of other global initiatives on sustainable finance, such as the Montreal Carbon Pledge and the Climate Action 100+.
In 2017, PC30 joined the Thinking Ahead Institute with the purpose of sharing its views on sustainable investment with other institutions. Since 2020, PC30 has also supported the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), a framework on sustainability reporting.
