Based on an upcoming Principles for Responsible Banking (PRB) and International Labour Organization (ILO) guidance, this webinar will support banks in understanding how they can promote decent and inclusive employment through their financial activities, while minimizing potential adverse impacts on workers.

Through real-world examples, the session will highlight the strategic role banks can play in advancing decent work. It will explore how institutions can strengthen internal processes and policies, develop and tailor products and services, and engage with clients, as well as collaborate with public and private partners to drive meaningful change.
