UNEP FI, in collaboration with the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), NINT and Finis Terrae University will hold a hybrid event (face-to-face and live broadcast) in which the Report on "Sustainable Financial Markets: Lessons Learned from Spain, Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC)" will be presented.

Encuentro Anual de Instituciones de Apoyo en Chile de UNEP FI

UNEP FI  y la U. Finis Terrae tienen el honor de invitar a las instituciones de apoyo a UNEP FI en Chile a participar de un desayuno ejecutivo en las instalaciones de U. Finis Terrae. En esta instancia se busca compartir los avances logrados en 2021-2022 y agendas de trabajo para 2023, con el fin de explorar sinergias entre todas las instituciones que apoyan a UNEP Fi en la promoción de las Finanzas Sostenibles, tanto en Chile como en la región.

Towards a common language: the urgent need to build a common framework of sustainable finance taxonomies in Latin America and the Caribbean

Seven organizations from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) join forces to develop a common framework for sustainable finance taxonomies for the region. The common framework seeks to guide, increase and make transparent the alignment of investments that support the transition to a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy. The main objective is to give a strong signal to the financial market on where to direct its investments.
