UNEP FI offers tailored implementation support through the Impact Centre to help member banks in implementing the impact management requirements of its sustainable finance frameworks, such as the Principles for Responsible Banking (PRB). This support includes:
- Online tutorials and recordings: These are short, pre-recorded videos covering the full impact management process. They are tailored to different user profiles and levels of maturity and allow banks to engage with the content at their own pace, based on their specific needs and timing.
- On demand workshops: These are live, interactive workshops delivered upon request, either globally or regionally, depending on members’ needs. They are typically organized in response to major updates to impact management resources or when a significant number of new PRB signatories join in a specific region and require targeted support. Global workshops are delivered in English and focus on general concepts and approaches, while regional workshops are tailored to local contexts and, where possible, delivered in the local language.
- One on one technical assistance: This is bespoke bilateral support provided to member banks on a need basis throughout their implementation journey. It is offered when banks require hands-on support to apply UNEP FI resources in their specific context, troubleshoot challenges, or clarify methodological or practical questions. Support is typically provided through email exchanges and bilateral online meetings.
